Mike Lamb is CEO and president of Viverae. Mike leads the charge of increased efficiencies and effectiveness of Viverae’s three greatest assets — its people, processes, and products. His experience is rooted in the competitive human resources outsourcing industry where he draws from a wide background with one of the most well-known global brands in that industry, Automatic Data Processing (ADP). His accomplishments include the successful leadership of organizational transformation, process improvement, and numerous client experience enhancement initiatives.

Molly Grimes is a consultant at Verisk Health.

Sharon Scanlon is head of customer experience, retirement plan services, Lincoln Financial Group.

Jon Shanahan is a founder, president, CEO, and member of the board of directors at Businessolver. He is responsible for establishing the overall strategic direction with the company’s board and working with current and prospective clients to ensure their delight.

Prior to founding Businessolver, Jon was vice president of consulting services at Holmes Murphy & Associates (HMA), a leading national insurance agency. Prior to his time at HMA, Jon was director of operations for a leading healthcare organization (HHS Inc., which was acquired by Gentiva Health Services Inc.) in Iowa.

Jon’s educational background includes undergraduate studies in psychology and business at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, as well as graduate studies in industrial relations at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. He has also obtained a certificate in human resources-related law through Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and the PHR designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a licensed health and life producer.
