    Amy McLaughlin is the Acquisition and Channel Strategy Leader for the Consumer and Business Credit Card Product Group.  She is a Senior Vice President under the Retail Assets team and has been with PNC Bank for 21 years. Amy is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, and development of the credit card acquisition marketing budget for both consumer and business credit cards.  She is accountable for all new account generation efforts in a multi-channel environment, developing strategies to increase credit card acceptance among PNC customers and prospects.  Her responsibilities include the coordination of efforts to improve approval rates and product profitability, increase marketing effectiveness, and maintain the highest level of customer experience. Prior to this current role in the Credit Card Product Group, Amy has previously worked in areas across electronic banking, mortgage banking, and customer service, with more than 25 years experience in the banking and insurance industries.

    Stefan Ross is a director of Credit and Debit Card products for Fidelity Personal, Workplace and Institutional Services. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. Mr. Ross assumed his current position in May 2011 and is responsible for the strategic growth, product development and program marketing of Fidelity’s retail card products. Mr. Ross joined Fidelity in 2007 as a director for Institutional Custody Operations and subsequently became a relationship manager for Fidelity Capital Markets Transition Management team. Mr. Ross earned a JD from Vermont Law School, a bachelor of arts degree from SUNY Binghamton and holds his FINRA Principal/Supervisory Series 4, 9, 10, 24, and 53 licenses.

    John Vance is a Senior Manager in West Monroe Partner’s banking practice, where he specializes in assisting clients in managing large-scale IT transformation projects. He has 30 years of experience applying technology to enhance operational and organizational excellence, including 15 years of implementing enterprise wide business systems. His recent work for a large, global retail bank includes leading a relationship marketing strategy to transform the way the bank’s US division markets to existing customers, and defining business requirements and software selection for the transformation of the existing customer marketing capability their US credit card division.

    Molly Plozay is responsible for global loyalty product innovation and business development for financial services and retailers at First Data. She has more than 20 years of experience in card and payment processing with nearly 15 years of focus in cardholder marketing products including pricing, rewards, cobranding and communications. Plozay has spent the last five years focused on new loyalty opportunities, including merchant-funded programs, retail loyalty and offers.                                    Prior to working on loyalty product strategy and development, Plozay managed many large projects across First Data, including restructuring legacy systems by creating a client-definable rules engine that is used to support functions such as reward processing, account management, interactive communication, and credit application and protection. Plozay and her teams have brought many new products to market; she currently holds a patent for cardholder pricing innovation and rules management. 

  • Paul Siegfried is charged with product development, business development and strategy within the financial services card vertical. Before joining TransUnion, he managed the credit card business at Fifth Third Bank where the business grew 10 fold over 12 years. Before that, he was the Midwest Regional Manager for Sales at Visa. He is known within the industry for forming meaningful partnerships to enable business growth.

    Brian Workman is the Senior Director of Existing Customer Management at Barclaycard US. In his current assignment at Barclaycard US, he successfully established an industry leading ECM (Existing Customer Management) strategy and put capabilities in place that are transforming their business. As part of this he orchestrated the design, vendor selection and implementation of a world-class Integrated Marketing Management tool set that will allow Barclays, as a focused player in the partner-card space, to operate in a very complex environment meeting the unique marketing and customized needs of a large number of partner portfolios and their customers. (Note: Barclaycard US is a “Top 10” card issuer in the U. S. market.)Brian has very broad and deep senior experience across the financial services/payments sector with roles spanning the spectrum from CMO to CFO, including eCommerce and a significant involvement with Operations, Technology, and Business Development. The core of his experience is direct-to-consumer marketing in the credit card business with the likes of Citigroup, Barclaycard US and Chevy Chase Bank. His experience also includes significant time spent in retail banking and leading edge product development and launches in the online banking, loyalty marketing and e-wallet spaces.

    Abbe Conrad is vice president, Prepaid Solutions, for First Data. In her role, she owns business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) product development for the Open Loop line of business, including the Money Network® product suite. Since joining First Data in 2004, Conrad has held several positions across the organization. Her responsibilities have included managing global training and system security for new financial service systems and serving as lead product director for the Walmart Money Network Paycard program implementation. Conrad has also held responsibility for the launch of the Open Loop merchant funds transfer settlement solution, client reporting suite, First Data’s incentive card product and the Google Wallet Prepaid card. Prior to First Data, Conrad was responsible for new product development and business analytics at United Research Services Corporation (URS). She served as lead data manager for a $500 million dollar Watershed Project contract and has managed software and website development for EPA programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and computer information systems from Colorado State University. Conrad is a certified New Product Development Professional.

    Miriam Alejandro is responsible for consumer prepaid financial institution channel development and account funding services. Since joining Visa in 2010, Alejandro has developed product strategies for Visa’s consumer prepaid portfolio, including general purpose reloadable, teen, college, TravelMoney, gift, and Visa ReadyLink. Alejandro has over 16 years of experience in product development, client management, and process and strategy consulting. At American Express, she was responsible for directing compliance and reengineering initiatives in the Global Prepaid Product Office. She also managed development of the gift card product in the mall and retail channels, new channel expansion, and developed the gift card special offer program strategy. As a client manager in Advisory Services, Alejandro collaborated with clients to define the strategic vision of their corporate travel programs and designed methodologies that were used throughout the professional services organization.  Additionally, as a consultant with Ernst & Young, Alejandro managed the strategic development and execution of client engagements focused on process reengineering, capacity management, productivity and change management. Alejandro earned a B.A. degree in International Business Studies and French from Grove City College and holds an M.B.A from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
