    Marc Trudeau is a Financial Services Industry Strategist at Acxiom Corporation. In this role, Marc plays a lead business development sales role, helping firms to develop and execute data-driven marketing and customer experience strategies. Prior to joining Acxiom, Marc was a Sr. Director of Sales and Account Management at comScore Inc., assisting banks, credit card issuers and investment services companies with optimizing the performance of their online and mobile channels. Previously, Marc was practice manager of the Council on Financial Competition, the retail financial services practice at the Corporate Executive Board. In addition to P&L responsibility, including sales, marketing and client strategy, he authored numerous strategic research studies on key industry challenges, including: branch strategy; sales force effectiveness; customer segmentation; and customer experience. Additionally, Marc worked as a credit card risk and marketing manager at Capital One and as a strategy consultant in the telecommunications industry. Marc holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He received a Masters Degree in Economics and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

    Timothy W. Willi joined Wells Fargo Securities in March 2009 as a managing director and Senior Analyst in the Equity Research department. Tim�s coverage universe includes theTransaction Processing and Financial Technology sectors. Tim, a 15-year Wall Street veteran, joined Wells Fargo from Avondale Partners where as a managing director he led that firm�s transaction processing and financial technology research effort. Prior to covering transaction processing at Avondale, Tim was with A.G. Edwards for fourteen years where he was a senior analyst and group practice leader for the firm�s IT & business services research effort. He also spent seven years covering the banking and credit card industries. Tim regularly speaks at industry conferences and events. He earned his BS from Bradley University and has been recognized as a Wall Street Journal All-Star for outstanding stock picking.

    Patti H. Bass is the founder, President and CEO of Bass & Associates, P.C. where her law practice has been concentrated in the field of creditors' rights in bankruptcy and collections. Patti received her J.D. from Emory University and her B.A. degree with high honors from the University of Tennessee. She is admitted to practice law in both the federal and state courts of the states of Georgia and Arizona, in addition to the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also admitted to practice law in the US Supreme Court. She has served as an Adjunct Professor for Emory Law School - National Institute of Trial Advocacy, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute for over a decade, in addition to membership in the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys & Founding Member of the Board of Directors, Past Vice President and Bankruptcy Chairman and past member of the Finance Committee; the Commercial Law League; and ACA International, including membership as a MAP attorney.She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the AZ and GA State Bar Associations. Patti has contributed to the annual Wiley Bankruptcy Law Update published by Aspen and is a frequent speaker at both national trade meetings and continuing legal education seminars.

    Carlos Menendez is Group Executive, Global Credit and Debit, for MasterCard Worldwide. In this role, Mr. Menendez is responsible for expanding the company’s consumer credit products, with a focus on developing competitive differentiation globally while deploying solutions at the local market level. He also has responsibility for innovation, commercialization and development of market strategies for the global portfolio of MasterCard debit products, including Debit MasterCard, Maestro and Cirrus brands. Mr. Menendez’s extensive consumer banking experience—spanning Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, allows Mr. Menendez to play a critical role in growing MasterCard’s credit and debit businesses around the globe.Prior to joining MasterCard, Mr. Menendez held a number of positions at Citigroup, where he worked for more than 14 years. Most recently he was chief operating officer for Western Europe, responsible for a full range of consumer banking products. Before this, he was the EMEA regional cards director and divisional consumer head for the Nordics. As the regional cards director, he was responsible for the cards business strategy and execution for more than 18 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Menendez worked in Brand Management with Procter & Gamble and with a law office in Washington DC.Mr. Menendez holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
