Chitra joined Citi from American Express, where she was most recently Senior Vice President and head of Strategy for the Enterprise Growth Division. In shaping the strategy for this new division, she helped to identify innovations, technologies, and business models that are most relevant to online and mobile payments as well as digital commerce. She also established strategic relationships with the startup and VC community as part of American Express� outreach efforts in Silicon Valley. Previously Chitra was a senior member of the Corporate Development group responsible or all types of M&A activities, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and divestitures globally across the Company. She completed a number of large strategic transactions at American Express including the sale of American Express Bank, the acquisition of Harbor Payments, the investment in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), and the spin-off of American Express Financial Advisors. She has also led various business development initiatives and was instrumental in establishing the Corporate Development group at American Express. Chitra started her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston focusing on real estate finance and fixed income securities. Chitra graduated from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Columbia University. She lives with her husband and three children in Scarsdale, NY.

Avivah Litan is a Vice President and Distinguished Analyst in Gartner Research. Her area of expertise includes fraud detection and prevention applications, authentication, identity proofing, identity theft, and other areas of adaptive access management, information security, and risk. She also covers the PCI compliance program, tokenization, and the security aspects of payment systems. Before joining Gartner, Ms. Litan worked as a director of financial systems at the World Bank. She also worked as a journalist and columnist for the Washington Times. She has an M.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
