Genevieve Juillard is the President of Experian�s consumer credit bureau operations in the United States. In this role, Genevieve oversees the delivery and management of value-added credit risk, marketing, and collection products to help clients manage and optimize their customer relationships. Before assuming the leadership for Experian consumer information services in the United States, Juillard was the Managing Director for Experian Australia Credit Services, a joint-venture with six of Australia�s largest financial institutions. She has held various leadership roles within Experian and other institutions across multiple industries, is an alum of UC Berkeley, and holds an MBA from UCLA.

Linda Pappillion, CPP, is the Senior Director of Payroll and HR Operations for Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc., and PacSun stores. Certified in Payroll for more than 10 years, Linda is an active member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and serves on the Government Affairs Task Force, APA Paycard User Group, Board of Contributing Writers, and the APA Retail Subcommittee. Linda brings more than 20 years of payroll experience and has facilitated sessions at both the APA Annual Congress and ADP�s Meeting of the Minds. She is also the recipient of the 2011 APA Citation Award.

Steve DuPerrieu is the director of product management at Computer Services Inc.

David Reid serves as Director of Government Affairs for DBA International. In this capacity, David oversees the development and implementation of advocacy strategies at the state and federal levels on behalf of the association as well as other strategic projects and initiatives, such as DBA�s national Debt Buyer Certification Program. David is a graduate of Canisius College and Albany Law School. He is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts of the Northern District of New York and New Jersey.
