Tom has a proven track record building and leading top tier corporate venture programs. With over 15 years of business development experience, Tom brings an exceptional record of identifying strategic partnership opportunities and adding both strategic and financial value to all parties involved. Tom's experience ranges from work with startups to industry leading Fortune 100 organizations. In 2012, Tom joined BBVA to help develop and lead their corporate venture arm, BBVA Ventures. Prior to BBVA, Tom spent four years where he led a small team to rebuild Hartford Ventures for The Hartford. In this role, Tom positioned The Hartford as the go-to player in the insurance industry for venture capitalists and entrepreneurs with strategically relevant technology, business models and ideas. Under Tom's leadership, Hartford Ventures benefited from being in the information flow of emerging trends and technologies driven by startups around the world. These efforts provided The Hartford with strategic access to critical knowledge and technology for new growth and thought leadership opportunities while at the same time providing strategic partners with strategic validation and access to The Hartford's industry expertise and distribution network. Prior to The Hartford, Tom focused on delivering innovation to Visa, the world's largest payments company, through venture capital investments and global partnerships with emerging technology companies. Tom's investments and partnerships at Visa provided critical knowledge and technology to enable new payment solutions and more secure transactions.

Jim is Managing Director for Market Platform Dynamics where he helps companies find, ignite and monetize innovation. His breadth of experience within the payment industry is exceptional, having worked on virtually every type of payment product for leading issuers, acquirers and processors in 16 countries as an executive, as a consultant and as an entrepreneur. He was the CEO of the first card processor in China and was the Founder and CEO of Maverick Network Solutions, a provider of advanced payment solutions that was acquired by Fiserv and now serves as the cornerstone of their prepaid business.Jim has worked for several industry leaders, including American Express, Chemical Bank, MasterCard, and MBNA America. He is a Board member of NYPAY, a former Board member of the American Marketing Association and chaired MasterCard’s Commercial Card and Acquiring Committees. He holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jed is responsible for identifying and building new market and revenue opportunities for Paydiant's Mobile Wallet technology through strategic relationships. Previously, Jed was the VP of corporate development at Skyhook Wireless, the world leader in hybrid location technology that is the basis for the location services that are deployed on almost all smartphones throughout the world today. Prior to that, he managed new market and business development initiatives at Siebel Systems and edocs, Inc. Jed was also a corporate attorney and served four years as an officer in the United States Army. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Georgetown University and a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Boston College.

Jan Estep is president and chief executive officer of NACHA � The Electronic Payments Association. NACHA oversees the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network, the backbone for the electronic movement of money and data.As president and CEO, Estep guides NACHA�s daily operations and rulemaking processes, and encourages the development, promotion, and use of electronic payment solutions such as Direct Deposit via ACH and Direct Payment via ACH. Her responsibilities include ensuring thatthe ACH Network remains a safe, high�\quality payments system through enforcement of the fair and equitable NACHA Operating Rules, which govern the Network and guide risk management and create certainty for all participants.Estep also leads NACHA in industry collaboration, education, and dialogue to facilitate the balance between innovation and risk management, thereby strengthening the Network and helping the industry create valuable payment solutions.Prior to joining NACHA, Estep was executive vice president of U.S. Bank�s Transaction Services division.�

He is responsible for the overall management of Wells Fargo�s consumer debit, small business debit and prepaid card portfolios.�Wells Fargo is the second largest debit card issuer in the U.S. with over $234 billion in purchase volume in 2012.� It is also the #1 small business debit card issuer in the U.S.��Kadletz is a 32 year veteran of financial services and has spent the last 25 of those years with Wells Fargo.� He has spent the majority of his career dedicated to the development of the payments industry.

Dave Sanderson is the Debit Card Product Manager for KeyBank, NA.� His responsibilities include Consumer Debit, Business Debit, ATM Cards, HSA Cards, Home Equity Cards, Personal Credit Line Cards, and Consumer Prepaid Gift Cards.�Mr. Sanderson has over 35 years of banking experience with KeyBank and its predecessors. His responsibilities have included managing customer service, disputes, chargebacks, settlement, fraud, project management, back office operations, and product management for Debit Card, Prepaid Cards, Credit Card, and ATM.� He also has worked in the branch network and developed the bank�s first online ATM and Teller systemsMr. Sanderson has attended The University of Toledo, Ohio School of Banking, and Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
