Previously, Jed was the VP of corporate development at Skyhook Wireless, the world leader in hybrid location technology that is the basis for the location services that are deployed on almost all smartphones throughout the world today. Prior to that, he managed new market and business development initiatives at Siebel Systems and edocs, Inc. Jed was also a corporate attorney and served four years as an officer in the United States Army. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Georgetown University and a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Boston College.

Jan Estep is president and chief executive officer of NACHA � The Electronic Payments Association. NACHA oversees the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network, the backbone for the electronic movement of money and data.As president and CEO, Estep guides NACHA�s daily operations and rulemaking processes, and encourages the development, promotion, and use of electronic payment solutions such as Direct Deposit via ACH and Direct Payment via ACH. Her responsibilities include ensuring thatthe ACH Network remains a safe, high�\quality payments system through enforcement of the fair and equitable NACHA Operating Rules, which govern the Network and guide risk management and create certainty for all participants.Estep also leads NACHA in industry collaboration, education, and dialogue to facilitate the balance between innovation and risk management, thereby strengthening the Network and helping the industry create valuable payment solutions.Prior to joining NACHA, Estep was executive vice president of U.S. Bank�s Transaction Services division.�

Dave Sanderson is the Debit Card Product Manager for KeyBank, NA.� His responsibilities include Consumer Debit, Business Debit, ATM Cards, HSA Cards, Home Equity Cards, Personal Credit Line Cards, and Consumer Prepaid Gift Cards.�Mr. Sanderson has over 35 years of banking experience with KeyBank and its predecessors. His responsibilities have included managing customer service, disputes, chargebacks, settlement, fraud, project management, back office operations, and product management for Debit Card, Prepaid Cards, Credit Card, and ATM.� He also has worked in the branch network and developed the bank�s first online ATM and Teller systemsMr. Sanderson has attended The University of Toledo, Ohio School of Banking, and Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Brooks E. Harlow has practiced technology and telecommunications law for over 25 years before the FCC, numerous state utility commissions, and federal and state courts. He has worked with a number of start-up clients developing and deploying new technologies in telecommunications and related fields, including mobile payments, meta-materials surface antenna technology, and electronic payment networks.Mr. Harlow is active in the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA), serving on its Executive Committee from 2000-2002, and 2006-2013. He received the FCBA�s Distinguished Service Award for 2001-2002 and represented the FCBA as a member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association from 2005-2013. He currently chairs the FCBA�s Mobile Payments Committee. He has been selected for inclusion in 2010-2015 editions of The Best Lawyers in America� in the specialty of Communications Law.Mr. Harlow received his J.D., cum laude, from the Cornell University Law School and his B.S., with Highest Honors, from Oregon State University.�

Richard Munroe is the President of Capital Financial Group, Inc (CFG) a consumer debt buyer that provides scoring analysis, legal modeling, acquisition, and selling services to various issuers in the financial services and collections industry. Before founding CFG, Mr. Munroe served as Vice President of Acquisition and Sales for Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (OSI) and handled the acquisition process, sourcing, due diligence, and sales process for debt portfolios in several different asset classes. Mr. Munroe has been involved in more than four hundred portfolio acquisitions and sales totaling more than fifteen billion dollars since 1992. Mr. Munroe is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been an active member of DBA International (DBA) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors as President. DBA is a nonprofit trade association that represents the interests of companies that acquire distressed asset portfolios in the secondary market. DBA promotes uniform industry standards of best practices through the newly launched Debt Buyer Certification Program and through a code of conduct.

Todd is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Resurgence Financial, LLC. For over 11 years, Resurgence has been a leading purchaser of defaulted consumer credit portfolios and utilizes its controlled litigation strategy to collect unpaid receivables. Resurgence has offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and California and ranked #28 on the Inc. 500 List of fastest growing privately held companies in 2006. Todd is responsible for managing the legal collections operation and implementing strategic initiatives for the Company. With ongoing evaluation, he ensures that procedures are being conducted in the most professional, efficient, and compliant manner possible. Todd has been with Resurgence since its inception in 2002 and has managed close to 300 portfolio purchases. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Indiana University, Bloomington, graduated from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 1998. Todd is a member of many national debt purchasing and legal trade organizations including the ABA, ISBA, NARCA, DBA, ACA, and the ILCBA. He is a co-founder of the Creditors Bar Coalition of Illinois (CBCI), a lobbying organization responsible for driving critical legislative initiatives. Todd was elected as a Board Member of the DBA, International, where he currently co-chairs the Editorial Advisory and State Legislative Committees.
