Craig Fuller is the CEO of TransCard, the leading provider of prepaid cards to financial institutions. Fuller has been instrumental in developing TransCard into one of the few privately held prepaid processors in the world. Under his leadership, TransCard has rapidly become a significant player in the prepaid business segment and his vision has been a critical component in the company�s success, as he focused the resources of the organization on becoming the leader in prepaid for financial institutions.Before joining TransCard, Fuller served as president of Xpress Global Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Xpress Enterprises and was founder of Xpress Direct, one of the largest providers of on-demand freight services in North America.

Carey is responsible for corporate strategy at TSYS. His focus is working across the entire enterprise, including our issuing and merchant acquiring businesses within North America and International, in order to help shape TSYS' future strategic direction. Carey joined the TSYS family of companies in 1997. His prior roles at TSYS include serving as the head of strategy, M&A and new business development for TSYS Acquiring Solutions. Prior to joining TSYS, Carey was a senior manager with Coopers & Lybrand's technology and business process outsourcing practice, where his clients included federal financial regulatory agencies. He has also worked for the U.S. House of Representatives House Banking Committee as well as Morgan Stanley. Carey holds a bachelor of science degree in commerce as well as an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Ashwin Shirvaikar has been at Citi Research since early 2000 and has worked in or written about the Services sector (both Computer Services & Business Services) since 1991. Before joining Citi, Ashwin worked at AlliedSignal for three years, within its defense/aerospace M&A group, and was responsible for the P&L at the New Ventures group. Ashwin also has over 6 years of consulting and account management experience working with several blue chip clients. Ashwin earned an MBA degree from Cornell University in 1997. In addition, he holds a Master�s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Pete Korpady is general manager of the STAR Network, where he oversees a management team focused on STAR�s market leadership in innovation and quality customer experience, developing strategies to deliver the highest levels of acceptance and value for STAR members.Korpady also serves as head of global network management for First Data, where he is responsible for managing the company�s network and processor relationships, compliance activities, routing, and network optimization initiatives. In this role, he leads the team responsible for directing First Data�s interface with network, and processor endpoints for both compliance and new business opportunities including; issuing, acquiring and core switching functions.Prior to his current role, he led First Data�s Financial Services Sales and Relationship management group for North America.� Previous to First Data, Korpady was at Visa Inc., where he managed the global processing team, the VPS joint venture, and helped found Visa�s Debit Processing Service (DPS) operating unit leading its business development staff.� Korpady also had extensive experience supporting STAR and the Regional Debit Networks as a leader in Deluxe Data Systems business development group.� He has a track record in the payments industry of successfully building new ventures and finding new ways meet the needs of various payments stakeholders.Korpady holds a bachelor�s degree in business administration and finance from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.�����

Juli Spottiswood is the President & CEO and Board Member of Parago, the leading provider of innovative reward programs that drive behavior and promote brand loyalty with consumers. She drives the strategic expansion of the company�s offerings and innovation within the rebate processing and integrated promotions industry. Juli is an ardent advocate for clients and customers, helping blue chip clients run some of the most successful and heralded rebate and consumer incentive programs.Juli helped form Parago in 1999 as the company�s CFO and was promoted to President and CEO in 2007. Since then she has spearheaded dramatic improvements for the consumer rebating experience: introducing a variety of payment methods like prepaid cards and PayPal, a choice of submission methods including online or point-of-sale from some merchants, customer service interaction via web chat and dramatically reduced turn times. In-turn, Parago�s clients are finding a deeper value in rebates than ever before. Juli has worked diligently to build and grow a strong company and positive working environment, as evidenced by Parago being named to both the Dallas Business Journal�s Best Places to Work and the Dallas Morning News� Top Workplaces lists.Juli also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), a nonprofit association formed to promote the use of prepaid rebate cards as an alternative payment vehicle. In 2009, Juli was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest region.
