Branch Supervisor with Missoula Federal Credit Union, member of the Credit Union team for 12 years.� Kathy has 20 years of credit union experience in sales, service, operations, HR and training.�Experience in ATM operations and most recently worked in cooperation with Diebold and credit union Co-Op Financial Services in piloting Diebold�s Concierge Video Services; the first ATM two way video solution in the nation.�This service solution connects automated teller machine users with call center representative�s right at the terminal.� Missoula Federal Credit Union�s role was to successfully evaluate member�s experience with this new self-service channel in the areas of marketing, security and the member�s service experience.��

�Travis graduated from Troy University with a degree in Finance in 2007. After graduation he joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation where he was a Safety and Soundness Examiner until 2011. He was responsible for examining financial institutions in his territory; however, due to the downturn in the financial world, he was also responsible for deposit insurance claims. During this time Travis was responsible for meeting with depositors and explaining why they lost money in a bank failure and what their options were going forward. �In 2011 Travis joined First Citizens Bank in Luverne, AL as their Compliance Officer. He was responsible for managing day to day compliance operations as well the Compliance Management Program. On August 16, 2013, Travis joined Troy Bank and Trust as their Compliance and BSA Officer where he is again responsible for the Compliance Management Program. �In March of 2013 Travis earned his Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Also, he is currently enrolled in the LSU Graduate School of Banking.

Jim Bailey is the lead for Accenture Payment Services in North America, and has experience in management consulting, systems integration, technology consulting, application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing and business process outsourcing.In addition, he is the lead for the payments & services client service group and the lead for Accenture Mobility Services for financial services. Since joining Accenture in 1988, Bailey has worked in financial services, products, and communication media & technology.

Matthew Friend is a senior executive with Accenture focused on banking and payments, where he is responsible for helping drive payments industry perspectives, from thought leadership to the growth of key payments assets. Prior to joining Accenture, Friend was a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton�s financial services group, focusing on strategic technologies and innovation.Friend has worked closely with several treasury bureaus, the Federal Reserve and multiple government agencies, as well as several leading financial institutions involved in payments, collections, accounting and business process reengineering.Prior to joining Booz Allen, Friend served as director at the US Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service. Friend also served as an attorney-advisor for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions on tax, electronic banking and accounting issues and clerked for the Honorable Eugene Lerner, Circuit Court of Maryland.

Scott Post, SVP of Strategy and Delivery for Hanscom Federal Credit Union, began a lifelong involvement with money when, as a young boy, he received an Uncle Sam Register Bank as a birthday gift.A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, his banking career includes loan and mortgage underwriter, credit card manager, product manager, regional manager and marketing director for several community banks that have been merged out of existence. He joined Hanscom Federal Credit Union in 2002.Scott is responsible for Hanscom�s remote access program, including call center, online account acquisition, online/mobile banking, shared branching, a robust surcharge-free ATM program, as well as marketing and business development.
