Todd is the President of TECH LOCK, Inc., an auditing and information technology solutions company. Todd has over 25 years of privacy, information security, and information technology experience and has held over 25 different information technology certifications. Langusch has a well-rounded career working on both sides of the �table� as CIO of a large publicly traded financial company and as an auditor. Currently, Langusch works with organizations of all sizes within the Credit & Collections Industry with their regulatory compliance programs and information technology innovation. He specializes in Collection Systems Technology, business processes, and holistic information security; mapping requirements for multiple regulatory and industry standards in a single project. Todd has a strong background within the Collection and Debt Purchasing Industry holding top IT leadership positions at several large debt buyers and has performed over 800 security assessments in the asset receivables industry reviewing debt settlement companies, collection law firms, agencies, and other vendors to our industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer for Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. While at AACC, Langusch performed third and fourth party vendor reviews on over 300 companies and found 98% of them NOT compliant with all applicable laws and standards. More importantly, the majority of these third parties had passing audit reports or had passed reviews by Creditors, Banks or other financial institutions. Langusch also was part of the AACC CFPB readiness team and worked with over 12 CFPB auditors during Q2 of 2013.Langusch is an Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA), PCI Approved Scanning Vendor (PCI ASV) and a HITRUST CSF Assessor to name a few of his auditing credentials. He is also, an ACA International Certified Instructor, member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2). In addition to ACA International, Langusch plays an active role in the Industry speaking at various conferences to offer his expertise. Langusch was named one of the Top 50 Collection Professionals of the year and has also held the Chairman of the Technology Committee position for ACA International as well as Noble Systems� SNAP Panel.TECH LOCK is an approved DBA International �Auditor and a Department of Education approved Private Collection Agency (PCA) auditing firm.

Jeremy has over 18 years of experience in consumer lending and collections. He has managed the consumer loan collection efforts in various capacities at Arvest Bank for the last 14 years. During that time the bank has grown from $2.5B to over $15B in assets. Over the last eighteen months he has overseen the transition from a decentralized to a centralized collection environment, with an emphasis on improving compliance throughout the collection cycle. He oversees early stage through post charge off collections for consumer direct and dealer lending as well as small business commercial credits. Bankruptcy, repossession, foreclosure, loss mitigation, third party collections and vendor management are among his responsibilities.Prior to joining Arvest Bank he was a general manager for used automobile dealership specializing in sub-prime/in-house auto financing.Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
