Tim Bates is VP of Credit Risk Management and Chief Credit Officer for BECU, a $14 billion credit union based in Seattle, Washington.� In this role, he leads BECU’s Credit Risk Management program, overseeing the organization’s risk analytics, reporting, policy, governance, and credit administration activities. �Tim assumed this role in May 2015, after serving for two years as BECU’s VP of Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer.Tim is a twenty-five year veteran of credit risk management in the financial services industry.� Prior to joining BECU, Tim was a Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Washington Mutual, where he managed a number of analytic and operational teams in credit and fraud risk management. In this role, he led credit functions that included Credit Risk Oversight, Mortgage Fraud and Risk Mitigation, Credit Information Systems, and Corporate Risk Analytics.�� He has also led analytics and consulting teams at Equifax, Experian, and Austin Logistics, engaging in the design of risk management solutions for leading domestic and international financial services companies.�Tim has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Carolina.

Annmarie D. "Mimi" Hart is President, CEO and Chairman of MagTek, Inc.� She has been associated with MagTek, the leading provider of secure card reading and authentication technology, for over 35 years. She helped to found the Secure Remote Payment Council.Mimi has been a strong supporter of Industry Standards. She represented MagTek on the ANSI and ISO workgroups that formulated the early standards for PIN and card usage. As an industry spokesperson, she has called for greater security especially as it affects the consumer and has often noted that strong consumer protection benefits all stakeholders in the payment infrastructure.In her current role she has led MagTek to new levels of achievement by emphasizing speed, security and innovation. In 2006 she was a recipient of the Movers and Shakers award from Transaction World Magazine and has served on the Risk and Fraud, and Nominating Committees of the Electronic Transactions Association.� Mimi is a graduate of Boston College, magna cum laude, with degrees in Political Science and Speech Communication.

Stephen Cobb has been researching information assurance and data privacy for more than 20 years, advising government agencies and some of the world's largest companies on information security strategy. Cobb also co-founded two successful IT security firms that were acquired by publicly-traded companies and is the author of several books and hundreds of articles on information assurance. He has been a Certified Information System Security Professional since 1996 and is based in San Diego as part of the ESET global research team.

Olivia Park is a Product manager responsible for corporate prepaid compensation and refunds. Prior to joining Citi Prepaid Services, she worked at American Express where she focused on global product management and sales strategy in Corporate Payments and Merchants Services respectively.

Phil Lore is currently Group Vice President for Financial Services at Acxiom based in New York City.� His responsibility includes sales and account management for Acxiom’s largest clients and industry verticals. Prior to assuming this role, he was the Senior Managing Director for Citigroup.� He was previously at IBM, as a General Manager for Financial Markets on Wall Street.� Phil has worked in financial services and the credit card industry for over 20 years.Phil has a BA from Rutgers College in Economics and Computer Science. He has been certified through the IBM Client Executive program in conjunction with Harvard Business School.� Phil has also been a guest lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management speaking on ‘Consultative Selling on Wall Street.’�
