Christopher Danvers has worked in the Credit Union and Payments Industry for over 11 years at airline-based credit unions. Christopher specializes in operations management, project management, and product strategy and development of various payment systems and products. These products have included card programs involving EMV, credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards, Automated Clearing House (ACH), wires and international remittances, check processing and bill pay, and remote delivery channels including online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs.�Christopher is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a 2009 graduate of the Southeast CUNA Management School (SRCUS), holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing & Sales from Kaplan University, and an Associate of Science in Multimedia and Web Design from The New England Institute of Art.Christopher has presented and spoken at various financial services conferences and events, including the 2008 California and Nevada Credit Union League Conference in partnership with Filene Research Institute, the 2009 CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council Conference, and most recently the 2014 CU Water Cooler Symposium.Christopher is participating in the 2014 i3 (Innovation.Ideas.Implementation) program at Filene Research Institute, and was also one of 30 credit union professionals selected to participate in the Institute's 30 Under 30 program in 2008.�Christopher was also one of 20 semi-finalists in the CO-OP Financial Services 2014 THINK Prize competition.

Steven Rathgaber joined Cardtronics as the Company's Chief Executive Officer on February 1, 2010. From January 1991 to January 2010, Mr. Rathgaber was employed by NYCE Payments Network, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. Immediately prior to joining Cardtronics, Mr. Rathgaber served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of NYCE, a role he assumed in September 2004.�From April 1989 to January 1991, Mr. Rathgaber served as a founding partner of Veritas Venture, a start-up software development company. From May 1981 to March 1989, he served in a number of executive-level roles within Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and from January 1977 to April 1981, he held numerous positions within the Citibank organization. Mr. Rathgaber also served on the board of Everlink Payment Services, a joint venture between the United States-based NYCE Payments Network and Celero, a Canadian credit union processing company, from the company's inception in September 2003 until December 2009, serving as Chairman of the Everlink board from June 2004 until May 2006.Mr. Rathgaber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John's University.

Karla Friede is CEO of Nvoicepay. She has also held marketing positions at Zevez and GeoTrust, and was co-founder and consultant for the Ascent Group.

Steve Hultquist is chief evangelist at RedSeal, a security analytics company. He has experience as a chief information security officer and chief technology officer, and a background in enterprise security technology, operations architecture.

Jeff Coppolo is head of global business development at BlueSnap. He is also owner of Darby Road Home, a Boston-area home furnishings store, and has served as principal owner of De Novo Financial Group, a payments advisory company.

J. Wolfgang Goerlich supports information security initiatives for clients in the retail and financial services verticals. He is a cybersecurity strategist with CBI focusing on securing IT operations and software development practices. Wolfgang regularly advises and presents on the topics of changing culture, managing risk, and securing systems through-out the lifecycle.

Brad Brodigan is vice president and general manager of retail for PayPal.
