Vish Shastry leads Merchant and Acquirer development for Visa Digital Solutions, including Visa Checkout and Visa Token Service. Previously, Vish led product strategy for Visa Digital Solutions and was also responsible for Visa Direct and the Visa Developer Platform including Visa’s first publicly facing APIs. Before joining Visa, Vish led E*TRADE’s developer platform, and was also part of PayPal’s product and corporate strategy teams. He has been a founder at startups in both the financial services and network integration industries.

Rich Brown is a leader in programmatic digital and social media marketing. He has built successful strategies for financial companies to excel in both arenas. Not only did he drive development for Discover’s digital strategy for acquiring card members, Rich has also led some of the most lucrative display, website, affiliate and breakout channel marketing executions at Discover. In addition, Rich redefined Discover’s social strategy, translating Discover’s social vision into developing industry leading - and award winning customer care practices.�

Theresa Gongora is the Head of Corporate Strategy & Planning for TSYS, a Fortune 1000 company and a global payments technology provider.� In her role, she is responsible for leading the strategy development and strategic planning activities, at the enterprise and operating segment levels, to support the enterprise with charting a course to deliver long-term shareholder returns and profitable growth.� �She has been instrumental in executing on TSYS’s acquisition activity over the past 5 year, the most recent transaction being the $2.35B acquisition of TransFirst, a Top 10 US merchant acquirer.� Since joining TSYS, Theresa has held a variety of positions in Corporate Strategy, Finance and Business Development.�Prior to joining TSYS, Theresa worked for OfficeMax, Inc. and was responsible for negotiating strategic alliances with business service partners.��Theresa is on the Board of Directors of W.Net, a professional organization serving the most influential women in payments.��Theresa holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, a Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a Bachelors Degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.� She is a Member of the Ohio State Bar. �

Michael Miebach is Chief Product Officer of MasterCard. In this role, he leads the development, commercialization and management of the company’s global core product offerings, which include consumer credit and debit, commercial, prepaid and loyalty solutions.
