Julie Pukas is the Head of U.S. Bankcard and Merchant Services at TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank�.� She has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry in the Northeast U.S. She has industry leading expertise in emerging payments, mobile wallets and e-commerce.Prior to joining TD, Julie served as Head of Citi Commerce Services for Citigroup.� In this role, she developed innovative digital payment services for Citi’s institutional clients, enabling them to expand into growth markets and helping them to meet their consumers’ current and future needs for payments and commerce.� Her key focus was on building global acquiring capabilities leveraging Citi’s global footprint.�Before that, Julie was Head of New Product Development for Citi’s card issuing businesses outside the US supporting Citi’s global credit card business which provides credit and payments instruments for consumers and institutions in nearly 50 countries across six continents.�Previous positions before joining Citi included product development and marketing roles with Harris Bank, Barnett Bank and Philadelphia National Bank. Julie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University.

Jesse Maula began his career at Idean in 2004, and since, has held various roles in the company from UX Specialist to CEO. Jesse is a UX pioneer with a solid experience in concept & interaction design, design leadership, project management and Agile SW development. Currently Jesse is Idean’s Chief Design Officer and his responsibility is to ensure the best possible design quality for Idean’s clients. Ms. Labovsky joined The Bancorp as Vice President & Regulatory Counsel after serving as Vice President & Regulatory Counsel at NetSpend Inc., in Austin, Texas.� Prior to that, she was a First Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel at Washington Mutual Card Services in San Francisco.� She spent more than a decade at MBNA America Bank and Bank of America in Wilmington, Delaware where she served as First Vice President & Counsel, Legislative Counsel, and Vice President & Issues Specialist.� Ms. Labovsky graduated from Boston University, has an M.A. in History from New York University, and earned her J.D. degree at New York Law School.
