An eyewitness to the explosion of FDCPA suits being filed in the mid/late-2000�s, Jack Gordon created WebRecon in 2008 to address the challenges that rapidly increasing consumer litigation posed for the collection industry. Prior to that, he owned and operated a Michigan collection agency for several years. Jack is uniquely qualified to lead this type of discussion. He has been in the shoes of the agencies getting sued, but now spends his time watching filing trends, examining the consumer litigant culture to pick up their deeply held secrets, and advocating for a saner debt collection environment. Through WebRecon, Jack is an active supporter of ACA International, DBA International and NARCA. Jack lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is married with two young children.

Glezerman is the assistant vice president and bursar at Temple University, where he has been employed since 1986.� He has overall responsibility for billing, collections, and management of student finances.� Mr. Glezerman has been employed in higher education receivables management for 34 years.A nationally-renowned speaker who has presented at many industry conferences and workshops, Mr. Glezerman has worked with the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) as a faculty and program committee member for numerous conferences and author of several articles and books since 1999.� Glezerman, who is the founding chair of NACUBO�s Student Financial Services (SFS) Council was the recipient of association�s 2010 Professional Development award.A co-author of Managing and Collecting Student Accounts and Loans: A Desk Reference for Educational Receivables Stewardship, Glezerman also has written several articles for and referenced by numerous industry publications for his views on higher education receivables.� He also authored �Student Loan Program Partnering: A Recipe for Helping Schools Help Themselves� while working as a consultant with the US Department of Health and Human Services� Partnership Program to assist schools with student loan collections and default reduction activities.Glezerman participated as a non-federal negotiator in the 2008 and 2012 Negotiated Rulemaking panels for the U.S. Department of Education.� He also is the recipient of the Certified Personal Financial Manager designation by the Institute for Personal Financial Management in 2011.Glezerman also is a certified instructor for ACA International, the association of credit and collections professionals, A past recipient of ACA�s Member of the Year and Charles F.
