Thom is responsible for establishing Voice of the Customer programs; development of customer insights to inform customer strategies; cultivating customer loyalty, and enhancing the overall delivery of the customer experience.� He is passionate about using customer feedback to add value and build customer loyalty.� In 2013, Thom helped provided key leadership in the development and implementation of the BMO Harris Bank�s Customer Feedback and Complaint Management program and launched a transaction based feedback program to learn more about new cardholder onboarding experiences.Thom�s 20 year career in Financial Service includes a number of positions spanning from Collections, Investment Advisor, Training Design and Facilitation, and Regional Banking Sales Management. Asif Ramji is president and CEO of Paymetric, an electronic payments technology company. Prior to joining Paymetric, Ramji was senior vice president and general manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group�s RBS WorldPay Card Services and ATM divisions. WorldPay is one of the largest payment transaction processors in the world and manages the largest off-premise ATM transaction processing businesses in North America.

Bethan Cowper is head of international marketing for Compass Plus, a Nottingham, U.K.-based provider of payment and retail banking software for payment service providers and financial institutions. Cowper has also worked in marketing positions for DiVersity Marketing and Cambridge University Press.

Ben Stewart�is a founder of Social Rebate, an e-commerce marketing platform. He has a background in web development and design for large-scale e-commerce companies, beginning his career as director of development for Out Of Pocket Films at Sony Pictures.� He then became Head of Creative Media and Web Development for DDC Internet.

Pat Thelen is executive vice president of Treasury Management, Capital Markets and International Banking at UMB Bank, n.a. and a board chairperson at NACHA, the member owned association that oversees the Automated Clearing House payment system.

TJ Horan is vice president of product management for FICO, leading the fraud solutions business unit. He is responsible for developing the strategic direction of FICO's fraud products, and is a strategic leader in the area of transaction decisioning and analytics.
