He has a background in web development and design for large-scale e-commerce companies, beginning his career as director of development for Out Of Pocket Films at Sony Pictures.� He then became Head of Creative Media and Web Development for DDC Internet.

Pat Thelen is executive vice president of Treasury Management, Capital Markets and International Banking at UMB Bank, n.a. and a board chairperson at NACHA, the member owned association that oversees the Automated Clearing House payment system.

TJ Horan is vice president of product management for FICO, leading the fraud solutions business unit. He is responsible for developing the strategic direction of FICO's fraud products, and is a strategic leader in the area of transaction decisioning and analytics.

Nicole Reyes is a senior fraud prevention analyst for The Members Group (TMG). In this role, Reyes researches and analyzes current fraud trends and actively manages the fraud-prevention strategies for TMG�s financial institution clients.�

Ben Kaye manages product marketing at Points, a loyalty currency management company. Over the past decade he has worked at leading technology companies - including Microsoft Canada and TELUS - pushing forward strategies to develop and grow new markets. �At Points he works on advocating for loyalty solutions across merchant and consumer verticals with a special focus on digital wallets.�
