As Vice President of Global Consumer Products at PayPal, Carey Kolaja is responsible for designing product solutions and driving the go-to-market activities for PayPal�s digital wallet, payments, business products and strategic ecosystem partnerships. Carey leads an international team of more than 150 professionals in delivering products and solutions that effectively serve the local needs and interests of customers in each of the 203 markets that PayPal serves. She is also a keynote speaker at many outside conferences including SXSW, TED talks, Quartz Next Billion, and Card Forum. Carey serves on the Board for OLO.com and previously Nearbuy Systems.Carey has more than 20 years of diverse experience in financial services and technology consulting at companies such as UBS Warburg, Waterstone Consulting, Windomar Financial and Divine InterVentures. Carey is regularly featured on FOX Business and CNBC, and she is often quoted in leading publications like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, Mashable, Fast Company, and more.In 2015, Carey was named �Most Influential Women in Payments� by PaymentSource. She also won PYMNTS�� �Woman in Payments to Watch� Innovator award that honors those who have shaped the payments industry.Carey earned a B.S. from the University of Indiana and is a graduate from the Executive Program at Stanford University.

Hunter Woolley is Vice President, Co-brand Business Development and has been in this position since August 2012. He is responsible for co-brand business development efforts in the US, focused primarily on new-to-MasterCard programs across the T&E and retail verticals. He held various business development positions at American Express over a seven-year period, leading American Express to its first small business only co-brand in the US. He also spent a number of years at Partner Advisors, a leading co-brand consultancy. Hunter holds a Bachelor�s Degree from Princeton University and a Master�s Degree in Business from Columbia Business School.��

Ed spearheads the Operations Consulting practice for the firm. This encompasses leading a wide variety of engagements including:� process reengineering, collection reviews, assessing and developing policies and procedures, organizational design and more. Ed previously managed many of ACG�s Industry Roundtables, exposing him to challenges and best practices across a range of functions, including how to balance compliance risk with business delivery. Ed�s experience working for direct lenders includes a wide range of strategic and leadership roles across an array of key players, including Citibank, Bank of America, and Compucredit. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.

Joe LaTorre is the Director of Innovation at Employment Technologies Corporation (ETC). He leads ETC�s research and product development group and is the company�s senior consultant. Joe has designed and directed the development of more than 100 custom simulations for employee hiring. His design team has earned an unprecedented five national �Top Product of the Year� awards for ETC�s highly accurate and engaging EASy Simulations�. Over the past 20 years, he and ETC have shaped the testing industry by creating and launching an entirely new category of tests: employment simulations.Joe holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University and has more than 20 years of global consulting experience. He is a contributing author of a book on the use of simulations in employment testing and has presented at national conferences related to advancing the science and accuracy of personnel selection.
