As the Collections Offering Manager, he is actively engaged with the CACS user community, providing guidance to ongoing and new product development initiatives and offerings.

    Jeff Simendinger began his career in the collections industry as a part time collector at MBNA while in his freshmen year at the University Of Delaware Lerner School Of Business. A second generation collection executive Jeff currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of SIMM Associates, Inc. and is also a principal and founder of the company. SIMM is a nationally recognized ARM (Account Receivables Management) that provides call center solutions for debt buyers, financial institutions, healthcare facilities and private schools. For the past 20 years Jeff has overseen all of SIMM’s day to day operations including its First Party and Probate Divisions.

  • Trey Greene is the Vice President of Portfolio Management at The First Marblehead Corporation, and for the past three years has been responsible for both Collections and Recovery operations and portfolio management strategy. This includes oversight over First Marblehead’s $15B private student loan portfolio. Trey has been with First Marblehead since 2006, serving in a variety of roles. He began his career with First Marblehead in the Data and Analytics space, and more recently, Trey worked with the Capital Markets team in a quantitative analysis role. Trey holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Princeton University.
