Carlo Galloro is currently the Vice President of Credit and Collections for Cash Store Financial, the largest short term advance and alternate lending company in Canada ($1B loans written). There, he is responsible for overall direction and oversight of debt recovery functions within CSF internationally (Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom). Carlo has been in the Credit and Collections field for over 17 years. Having attained senior positions in the retail, healthcare and utilities sectors, he is an accomplished leader in driving innovative strategy, and overall bad debt reduction.

Oliver Manahan, Vice President of Emerging Payments with MasterCard. In his role, Mr. Manahan is responsible for managing all aspects of MasterCard’s chip programs within the United States and Canada. Mr. Manahan has been with MasterCard since May 2006 and works closely with customers in defining and executing new payment strategies. Prior to joining MasterCard, Mr. Manahan was with Visa Canada for nearly a decade in the emerging products area. Mr. Manahan started his career in the Information Technology field, with companies such as Mercedes-Benz and Pepsi. Mr. Manahan is MasterCard’s Board Member for the Smart Card Alliance and chair of its Payments Council.

<p>Ajay Mookerjee is Executive Vice President of Credit Cards for SunTrust Banks, Inc. In this role, Dr. Mookerjee is responsible for the overall strategy development, implementation, execution and delivery of the credit card business for the company. </p><p>Dr. Mookerjee joined SunTrust in his current role in 2010, is a 25 year veteran of the Cards, Payments and Banking industry, in consulting & research and leadership of multi-billion revenues credit card businesses as well as new venture incubation. He most recently spent a decade at Capital One, leading their Asian Credit card division. In prior roles, Dr. Mookerjee led business development for GE Money’s global card business, was a Principal in Banking Strategy at New York and Country Manager of Thailand at Booz & Co. and Manager, Consumer Branch Banking at Citibank.</p><p>Ajay.Mookerjee earned a Doctor of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He served as board member of Harvard Business School’s, India Research Center, JM Mutual Funds, Zephyr Capital and TVS Capital Partners. Dr. Mookerjee volunteers as a faculty of a charitable college and in an elephant conservation project in India.</p>

Stephanie will celebrate her 29th Anniversary this year with Fiserv. She began her career as a Consumer Loan Office at a local bank before joining the Fiserv team. Since joining Fiserv she has held many different positions learning different aspects of the financial industry. She was part of a team that started the credit processing business for Card Services. In 2007, she joined the Risk Management team and was part of the team that developed the card services risk service offering. Stephanie was recently asked to head a team to develop an integrated payment fraud service offering. In addition, Stephanie is responsible for sales, risk projects and R & D for the risk team. Stephanie was born and raised in Boston, MA and now lives in Florida as the primary care giver of her mother. In her spare time she is very active in many ministries at her church, loves to travel, cook, garden and scrapbook.
