    Joe Adams is a well known, respected leader and expert in the account receivables management industry. The Managing Director of Hampton Pryor Consulting, Joe has over 30 years� experience credit, collections, recovery and compliance. During this span, he has served as a �C� level or senior/executive operations leader for some of the leading banks, credit grantors, debt purchasers and collections agencies in the country, including CitiFinancial, CitiMortgage, Paymentech Merchant Services, First USA/Bank One, Collins Financial Services and Asset Management Outsourcing, Inc. He has managed collections and recovery operations in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada while additionally auditing collections and recovery operations in Spain, Turkey and various countries in Central and South America. Since joining Hampton Pryor Consulting, he has helped numerous credit granting, debt purchasing and collection agency clients improve their compliance, internal and vendor management operations. Additionally, Joe serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for a number of debt purchasers and collections agencies.A native of Philadelphia, he received his B.S. from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.�

    Working in the Global Marketplace Insights group at American Express, Charitie is responsible for delivering research insights and informing product and engagement strategies across the Consumer Card business. She currently leads research for the Charge Card portfolio of products and played an instrumental role in the design, launch and evolution of ZYNC from American Express.Charitie has over 13 years of Market Research experience and is a consistent advocate for the customer in every of product and service decision.  She has expertise in New Product Development, Customer Loyalty and Acquisition and Communications and Messaging.  Prior to joining American Express, Charitie managed primary research at Time Inc., driving subscriber loyalty and newsstand sales across their publications. Charitie has a BA from New York University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.

    Daniel Parry co-founded Exeter Finance Corp in 2006, and presently serves as the company’s Chief Credit Officer. Prior to Exeter, Mr. Parry was Senior Vice President of Risk Management for AmeriCredit Corp, where he managed all aspects of modeling, and forecasting for a $12 billion portfolio. Prior to 2004, Parry was Vice President of Decision Science and was directly responsible for the design, development, and deployment of AmeriCredit’s custom acquisition scorecard system. He has extensive experience developing a broad spectrum of quantitative tools from acquisition through collections optimization. Prior to AmeriCredit, Mr. Parry was an adjunct faculty member in business at LeTourneau University, as well as a research associate for the Provost of the University of Texas at Dallas. He holds a B.S. in Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he was also a doctoral student in Management Science. Mr. Parry regularly contributes to industry panels, and has been published in the Journal of Performance Improvement.
