    Steve Eulie joined First National’s team in 2005 as Chief Marketing Officer of the Credit Card Division and in July 2006 became President of First Bankcard. Steve has over two decades of experience with banks including JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Wachovia, and the Irving Trust Company. He has also held responsibilities in the insurance industry at Prudential and Providian Financial. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rick has over twenty years of management experience encompassing operations, financial management, planning & strategy, organizational development, and systems integration. Prior to joining MasterCard Advisors, Rick headed up an Americas Business and Strategy Consulting team at Fair Isaac where he helped domestic and international clients develop sound revenue strategies and delivered revenue growth through account management and operations solution delivery. Prior to Fair Isaac Corporation, Rick worked at First Annapolis Consulting in the development of a monoline bank, Partners First. There he was responsible for strategy development and management of systems support policies associated with credit line management, authorizations, card reissuance and collections. Before First Annapolis, Rick worked eleven years within Citicorp’s bankcard operations, in the credit policy, project management and collection divisions. Rick attended Farleigh Dickenson University.

Nancy developed the CUSO Ascend United, which pioneered the first aggregated debt sales for multiple credit unions Nancy has been a national speaker for Thomson Financial Services, The Debt Market Place and Faulkner & Grey. She has also been an instructor presenting collection programs for the Washington Credit Union League, California CU League, Colorado CU League and the Florida League. Nancy currently is the Director of Loss Mitigation for Bellco CU in Denver Colorado.

At PwC, he leads payments and banking engagements, primarily in the areas of merchant acquiring, payment processing, EMV implementation, PCI compliance and mobile financial services. His portfolio of work ranges from assisting clients with designing and implementing new processing IT platforms to creating new operating models and achieving mandatory compliance standards.
