    With over 30 years’ of professional experience, predominantly in the financial services industry, Bruce Mansfield was appointed Managing Director for eftpos Payments Australia Limited (ePAL) in May 2010. As Managing Director of ePAL, Bruce is responsible for the development and management of the company’s business activities to ensure they are aligned with the strategic plan. His role also involves guiding day-to-day operations of the company to ensure that eftpos remains the leading debit system in Australia for cardholders, merchants, owners and stakeholders.Prior to joining ePAL, Bruce held a number of senior executive positions for Visa Inc. where he worked for over 18 years in Australia and around the globe. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Victoria University of Wellington. In addition, he has undertaken numerous business studies in France and Singapore. Bruce is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Michael L. Frost is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The CBE Group, Inc., a collection agency headquartered in Cedar Falls, Iowa. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Mike is a member of CBE’s Executive Management Team. Mike earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Drake University Law School. Mike is a member of ACA International Members’ Attorney Program (currently Chairman of the MAP Committee and acting Iowa State Chair), Vice President of the Iowa Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the American Bar, Iowa Bar and Black Hawk County Bar Associations, and also serves on various non-profit and civic organizations.

    Scott is an experienced entrepreneur and strategist. Prior to founding Cardlytics, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Capital One where he developed and launched decoupled debit - a product that is transforming retail banking and enables national direct marketing of debit products. At Canaan Partners, Scott worked on the investing side of the start-up world leading investments in early-stage tech companies. Scott was a Senior Vice President of the leading e-Sourcing company FreeMarkets. He also spent 8 years on an airplane as a Principal at McKinsey & Co and began his career with a 10 year stint at Schlumberger as an electrical engineer. Scott holds a BSEE from Union College and a MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
