In his early career, he even spent six years working for the United Nations.   • Don Bush, VP Marketing, Kount: Don joined Kount as the Director of Marketing in October 2010 and became Vice President of Marketing in December 2012. Don attended Brigham Young University studying Business Administration and Marketing. Prior to joining Kount, Don was the Director of Marketing at CradlePoint, a leading manufacturer of wireless routing solutions in the mobile broadband industry. Don has worked in several management roles within the technology segment for over 20 years with both hardware/software manufacturers and as a partner in two top technology marketing agencies. He has led products launches and marketing programs for dozens of companies around the world such as Citi, HP, IBM, Kodak, Motorola and Weyerhaeuser and co-authored the seminar series, “Common Launch Disasters and How to Avoid Them.

He currently works as the Fraud Prevention Supervisor for New Balance in St. Louis, MO. He has an affinity for data analysis and for reading industry white papers and articles. Prior to New Balance, Kyle spent nearly 3 years working for a small lead generation company as a Project Lead and Sales Manager. When he is not geeking out on data or reading a 30-page case study, Kyle is an avid St. Louis sports fan (Go Cardinals, Go Blues) and has an extensive collection of fitted hats.

Julie is often quoted in numerous media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, U.S News and World Report, American Banker, and the New York Times.� Julie is fluent in Spanish and holds an M.A. in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Michigan State University Honors College.�

  • Adele Glenn is a veteran software developer and designer for credit unions. With seventeen years of industry experience in creative solutions for credit unions, she currently serves on the senior executive leadership team at SACU with a focus on R&D and leading project teams in new and emerging technologies. Adele, a recognized conversion expert, joined SACU in 2005 during their core conversion and has made San Antonio her home. Specializing in innovation and self-service project work, Adele likes to lead projects and teams with an inventive approach. Adele graduated with an NMLA designation from NAFCU, holds an advanced certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, and most recently was recognized in 2016 by the Credit Union Times as a Women to Watch honoree.� When not at work, Adele is working diligently towards a 2016 graduation with her MBA program and her black belt in Lean Six Sigma. He joined Raoust in 2004 after eight years with Affinity Federal Credit Union, where he was vice president of marketing and E-commerce. While at Summit, he directed the organization’s retail banking incentive program and managed�deposit-based product development. He is well-versed in mobile payment, gift card, ACH origination, wire-transfer, check processing, and cash management technologies.

  • Trevor Nies is a payments and risk professional with over 16 years of ecommerce experience.� He is responsible for payment fraud prevention for Microsoft’s Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to Business (B2B) ecommerce businesses which include Xbox, Microsoft Store Online, Windows Phone, Windows 10 Store, Bing Ads, Azure, Office 365, and many others.� Mr. Nies is also responsible for commerce business analytics which encompasses bank authorization rates, cost of payments, chargebacks, currency stored value, payouts, etc.� Microsoft’s ecommerce businesses account for billions of Microsoft’s revenue and operate across multiple payment types and currencies across the globe. �Prior to his current role, Mr. Nies managed the Payments Group at Microsoft where he determined the right set of payment types to offer Microsoft’s customers worldwide and oversaw business development, payment processor management, process design, implementation, and operational aspects in support of ecommerce payments. �
