Brian Nelson is a recognized figure in the Bitcoin and blockchain technology ecosystem. He has presented at numerous industry events across the country on topics ranging from MSB compliance, issues with mass adoption and how blockchain technology is fueling the personal empowerment movement. He also served as a director of the National Money Transmitters Association where he helped develop digital currency initiatives. Brian is also a leading surety bond broker in the money service business space and was the first broker to bring a surety bond solution to digital currency companies. Brian is involved in multiple projects and enjoys helping both financial and non-financial organizations understand how exponential technologies like the blockchain will impact their businesses.

�As Director of Marketing at SOLE� Financial, Lindsay Wilson leads SOLE’s B2C and B2B marketing strategies while overseeing the operational development of the company’s core product, the SOLE Visa� Payroll Card. Wilson was brought on in 2013 to conceptualize and facilitate a ground-up rebrand of the company, which was then known as TFG Card Solutions.�Wilson came to SOLE with over a decades’ worth of marketing experience, in both consulting and design roles, with tech companies like CBS Interactive and CNET. She has a BS in Science from the University of Oregon and studied Visual Communications at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and The Art Institute of Chicago. These rare dual propensities for both science and art allow Lindsay to bring both an analytical perspective and creative skills to the marketing team.�When she’s not in the office finding new ways to communicate the value of the SOLE Paycard, she can be found cooking spicy food, reading up on Art History, or doing anything outside with her two sons, Miles and Grant.�

A serial entrepreneur, Tiana started her first business at 16. Most recently, Tiana co-founded Digital Aptitude, a marketing agency. After selling her company, Tiana joined the Factom Inc. team. Tiana loves helping young aspiring entrepreneurs learn about business. She has spent time volunteering with Rotary, Young Entrepreneurs Business Week, and The Portland State Entrepreneurs Club. Tiana sits on the board for the Nayariva Foundation, whose mission is to empower women entrepreneurs around the world. Tiana has a BA in Business and Leadership from Portland State University.

Lamar Wilson, CEO and founder of Fluent, is a serial entrepreneur and blockchain architect. A self-taught developer, he founded 212ths, an enterprise software development firm, after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in finance. In his free time, he created the Ignite project, teaching software development to underprivileged children, providing a real world solution to the growing technology and economic divide. After discovering Bitcoin in 2012, Lamar created the first mobile Bitcoin wallet in the iOS store. He also became one of the first developers in the industry to decouple the currency from the protocol for enterprise use-cases of blockchain technology in global trade. Seeing the massive opportunity to apply this new technology to streamline and reduce risk in trade finance, Lamar founded Fluent, the enterprise blockchain platform built for trade and the financial supply chain.

BRENT DeLEO is the Credit Card Products technology executive for Bank of America. Brent is responsible for leading the development for the company’s consumer credit card products portfolio and managing the core systems that run and operate those products.Brent leads the technology supporting an almost $90B credit card business within the company’s consumer and small business portfolios, across retail, preferred, and wealth segments. This includes core system processing, affinity partnership systems, loyalty and redemption processing, payment networks, small business servicing, and others.Brent has 25 years of experience as a financial services leader, 20 years with Bank of America and its predeceessors – all in the credit card domain. Brent has held previous management positions in mergers and acquisitions, portfolio conversions, and product development technology.Brent resides in Garnet Valley, PA with his wife and 3 children and is an avid supporter and regular volunteer at the Sunday Breakfast Mission, an inner-city Wilmington, DE homeless shelter.��
