Roger Bowman joined Associated Bank in Hudson, Wis., as vice president, senior financial consultant. He assists clients with financial planning, retirement planning and investments. Prior to joining Associated, he was a financial advisor with Bremer Investment Services.

Daniel Wotruba was promoted to senior vice president, personal trust officer. In this role, he manages the day-to-day activities of the Personal Trust office in Green Bay, Wis. He will continue with his previous duties as a business development officer.

David Duffy, BNY Mellon

David Duffy joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a sales director responsible for the firm’s residential mortgage business in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing primarily on Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Luke Palacio, Citi Private Bank

Luke Palacio, a managing director and senior banker for JP Morgan Private Bank in Miami, will join Citi Private Bank on March 18 to lead the firm’s expansion in South Florida. In his new role as managing director and regional market manager for Citi Private Bank’s South East region, he will focus on ultra high-net-worth Latin American clients based in North America and support the growth of Citi’s Ultra High-Net-Worth Group across Latin American markets such as Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia.

Mary Justice, U.S. Bank

Mary Justice joined U.S. Bank to lead its high-net-worth business in Seattle. As the greater Seattle market leader for the bank’s Private Client Reserve unit, she will direct a team of wealth management professionals serving high-net-worth clients. She was previously with insurance brokerage and risk management firm Marsh Inc., where she led asset-protection consulting and insurance services as senior vice president for the Pacific Northwest region.
