Bank of America Merrill Lynch hired Jon Krahulik as managing director and global head of clean technology investment banking and Riaz Ladhabhoy as director, clean technology investment banking, the bank said Monday.
Krahulik and Ladhabhoy will join the bank’s Palo Alto, Calif., office in July and June respectively. The will report to Chet Bozdog, global head of technology corporate and investment banking, and be responsible for growing coverage of companies in the clean tech sector globally.

The addition of Jon and Riaz, two of the most seasoned thought leaders in the space, is an exciting prospect as we expand our capabilities to help these clients grow their businesses and continue to innovate.”
Krahulik will join from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he served for four years, most recently leading clean tech investment banking. Prior to Deutsche, Krahulik spent seven years in the global technology group at Lehman Brothers, most recently as a senior vice president.
Ladhabhoy also will join from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he spent more than five years in the technology investment banking group, most recently as a director. Previously, he spent four years as an associate at Cooley Godward LLP.
