Baird Adds 4 Wirehouse Advisors

Baird has brought on four advisors with $330 million in assets and $2.3 million in production. All four are former wirehouse advisors from UBS and Morgan Stanley.

In Chicago, the firm added the Andersen Group of Richard Andersen and Eric Andersen. Together they manage $165 million in assets from which they generated $1.2 million in revenue. Both are former UBS veterans who had been at the firm since 2006 and joined the securities industry in 1998, according to records with FINRA.

Baird recruited Dan Phillips to be senior vice president in its Edina, Minn., office. Phillips managed $105 million and produced $535,000. He was also formerly with UBS and began his career in 1995.

Former Morgan Stanley advisor John Huynh joins Baird in Baltimore as a vice president. He managed $60 million in assets and produced around $565,000. Huynh began his career in 1998 at Legg Mason.

Baird, which is based in Milwaukee, Wisc. currently has more than 700 advisors around the country.
