Dynasty Financial Partners hired Austin J. Philbin as a senior consultant of RIA services and Monique Miller as director of business management.
The New York-based firm specializes in wealth management for independent investment advisory teams.
Philbin will be based in New York and oversee the ongoing RIA firms joining Dynasty. He was first vice president and complex business development manager for wealth management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s Southern New Jersey Complex.
Miller was chief operating officer at WR Platform Advisors. She will head strategic “resource partner” relationships and operations.
