Independent Financial Partners, one of LPL Financial’s largest branches by revenue, had a surge of growth in the first quarter, increasing revenues by 65% and adding 47 professionals to the firm, the company announced.
The growth in advisors represented a stronger increase in recruits compared with 140 advisors who joined the firm during all of last year.
The firm says it aims to exceed all of last year’s revenue numbers as well.
“Our goal is to provide our advisor access to industry leading resources and tools with a very attractive payout … while maintaining the feel of a service-driven boutique firm through the IFP affiliation,” said Jennifer Tanck, Independent Financial's president.
