Jensen Portfolio tops the list of domestic, large-cap funds

Money market funds continue to waive big chunks of their management fees as yields on cash instruments remain too low to charge the full amount.

BOSTON—The Department of Labor’s new 401(k) fee disclosure requirements that take effect Jan. 1, 2012 go far beyond disclosing mutual fund expense ratios to cover every nook and cranny of expenses in plans, right down to indirect service providers, speakers said at the FundForum USA 2010 conference here Monday.

S&P Equity Research, a division of the New York-based credit rating agency, identified 29 funds that achieved the highest overall five-star quantitative ranking in each of their respective categories, and gave them gold, silver and bronze placements.
