Professor Ron A. Rhoades is a CFP and serves as director of the personal financial planning program in Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Ford College of Business.

Romola has worked with options in a variety of ways since the start of her career. Initially working at US Investment Banks in London, she then started trading her own account using US Equity Options and later developed courses designed for retail traders.\nRomola has spent the last 10 years in retail trading education where she has taught stock and options trading to beginners as well as facilitated events across the globe.\nShe currently works with Chicago start-up Social Market Analytics, helping to educate traders on how to use an exciting new tool leveraging social media conversations to gain greater insight into potential moves ahead of time.\nRomola has a Bachelors in Banking and Finance from Curtin University, Perth, Australia.

Roger Abramson has been a practicing attorney since 1996 and has specialized in employee benefits law for much of that period. Roger is presently General Counsel for AmeriFlex, a national third-party benefits administrator headquartered in Frisco, TX.\nRoger received his undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville and his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law. He has worked as a freelance writer with articles published in the Nashville Scene, the Nashville City Paper, Health Insurance Underwriters Magazine, and SHRM.org. He also holds the Advanced Certification in Flexible Compensation (ACFC) designation awarded by the Flexible Compensation Institute.\nRoger lives in Brentwood, TX with his wife, Lisa, and two sons Thomas and Benjamin.
