Robert Powell is president and founder of Unison, LLC, a Swampscott, Mass.-based financial education, communications and consulting firm. He is the editor of Retirement Weekly, a Marketwatch-Dow Jones subscription publication and he writes two columns for MarketWatch.com, including On Retirement and Your Portfolio.Powell serves as the editor of the Retirement Management Journal and as an adjunct professor for the Boston University Center for Professional Education Online Retirement Management Analyst Program.He recently served as the Examination Workbook Editor for the Retirement Income Industry Associations Retirement Management Analyst(sm) and as a lecturer at the Boston University-Financial Planning Association Lifecycle Investing for Financial Planners program. Bob Niederman, Director of Coaching for CEG Worldwide, is a pioneer in the field of corporate coaching. As the principal of Palo Alto, California-based Profound Coaching, Niederman since 1993 has coached more than 100 Silicon Valley CEOs. His presentations, "The Psychology of Rainmaking" and "Breakthrough in Leadership," focus on what is required to be a powerful rainmaker and a breakthrough leader. He has helped numerous financial advisors surpass their preconceptions about their businesses' limitations and achieve far higher levels of ambition and accomplishment. \n\nNiederman has worked with CEG Worldwide to design, develop and facilitate its results-oriented Breaking Through coaching program, which teaches financial advisors how to optimize their businesses in order to achieve significant growth in profits and assets under management. He was instrumental in building CEG Worldwide's Elite Advisor Foruma focused study group of top-level financial advisors that provides participants with unique breakthrough opportunities in business development. \n\nNiederman received a BS in psychology from UC Santa Cruz and his PhD in educational psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Rob Lutts serves as President and Chief Investment Officer for Cabot Money Management, Inc. He is head of the companys Investment Policy Committee and oversees a select group of client accounts. Rob Lieblein joined Marsh, Berry & Co., Inc. in 2012 as an Executive Vice President on the Mergers & Acquisitions team. He is responsible for a wide variety of activities relating to deal execution on both buy side and sell side M&A transactions, including internal and external perpetuation planning. He has extensive knowledge as it relates to acquisition analysis, transaction valuation and structuring, acquisition strategy, due diligence, negotiations and post-acquisition consulting. Rob has over 25 years of experience and during his career, has been involved in more than 150 M&A transactions. He has written numerous articles for industry publications and is a frequent speaker for industry trade groups and associations. He maintains the Series 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, Inc., the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker\/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., Inc. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Rob was a managing partner at Hales & Company.\nHe holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Mathematics and Computer Science from Shippensburg University.
