As such, she provides leadership and support to drive growth among the 460 independent Ameriprise franchisee advisors in Illinois, Indiana, Southwestern Michigan and Southwestern Ohio. Trish also is responsible for recruiting experienced advisors and generating growth via practice acquisitions and professional alliances. In addition, she oversees compliance and manages the team that supports advisors in her region. \nPrior to joining field leadership, Trish was an advisor with Ameriprise for 18 years. She founded Moll & Associates, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial which had six practice members serving over 400 clients. \nTrish has developed her practice acquisition experience from the ground up by acquiring two practices during her tenure as an independent advisor and then by selling her practice in 2008. In the last four years, as a Franchise Field Vice President, she has facilitated over 30 practice acquisitions for advisors in her region. \nTrish graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.
