Anne Conn is the Assistant Human Resources Director for Kalamazoo County. She has been with the County for seven years and has been actively involved in the County Worksite Wellness Program since its launch in September 2006. Anne’s responsibilities for the wellness program include; program design, program implementation and employee education. She works very closely with County Administration and the Board of Commissioners to bring a strong and valuable wellness program to County employees, and she continues to strive to educate employees on the many benefits of participation in the program.Anne was a featured speaker at the 30th Annual Wellness in the Workplace Conference sponsored by the University of Michigan Health Management Research Center. She has also been a contributing author for Employee Benefits News.Anne resides in Plainwell, Michigan with her husband and three children.
