We took a new look at this year's top advisers and re-ranked them based on their years in the industry. For the original ranking, we used a weighted average of multiple variables. While job tenure wasn’t one of those factors, it was an extra stat listed in each adviser’s bio.

A well-rounded approach wins the day with the annual advisor ranking. No one-trick ponies allowed, as multiple metrics count toward advisors' scores, including AUM, production, growth and fee business.
