Standard of care -
As a national bank, the Bank is subject to regular examination by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), independent accounting firms, and internal auditors. We are a qualified custodian as defined by SEC Rule 17f-2 and administer custody accounts in compliance with 12 CFR 9 (OCC Regulation 9). Specific to Regulation 9, the Bank segregates custodial assets from the general assets and records of the Bank and account ownership in the assets remains vested in the individuals or entities for whose benefit the Bank is acting as custodian.
