AIM Distributors, Inc., the distribution arm of
Needles has worked with AIM since 1993 and most recently served as the firms national sales manager for its financial dealer division. In his new job, Needles will manage the firms retail, offshore, alliance and key account sales forces. He will report to Michael Cemo, president of AIM Distributors.
Stueve was AIMs national sales manager for the firms independent financial advisor division. As director of retail sales, Stueve will manage the retail sales, financial dealer and independent financial dealer divisions.
"Gene Needles and Jim Stueve have both demonstrated a proven record of excellence in sales force management," Cemo said. "Gene will provide leadership to AIMs major sales organizations in his new role, while Jim will produce better coordination of AIMs retail wholesale divisions."
