Bank of America Names Chief of Investor Platforms

Bank of America announced in an internal memo recently that Keith Winn, the president of Bank of America Capital Management, has been named the investment product development and management executive for the organization expected to emerge from the BoA-Fleet Boston merger (see MME 11/3/03).

Brian Moynihan, the designated president of wealth and investment management at the post-merger Bank of America, said that Winn will manage the company's third-party, nonproprietary, and open architecture investment product platforms.

In this role, Winn is to work with the company's brokerage, private bank, and middle-market institutional businesses to deliver products and services.
