The company brings Miller aboard as it shifts its focus from clamping down on financial discipline issues toward growing its business, Dimon said.
Miller is charged with the task of refining the companys customer service for small businesses, corporations and middle-market businesses.
Miller began her banking career at Chemical Bank in 1979.
