Gartmore Global Investments (GGI) has named James Bernstein as associate general counsel and VP, replacing Dina Tantra, who has moved to Nationwide's general counsel office in Ohio.
GGI is the U.S. component of Gartmore Group, Nationwide's global asset management business. Previously, Bernstein served as assistant general counsel for Provident Mutual Life Insurance Co., and prior to that position, he was an attorney at Jorden Burt Boros Cicchetti Berenson & Johnson, where he advised clients on securities and insurance law.
