BISYS Wins Contracts With Four Firms

Four fund advisors have awarded mutual fund service management contracts to BISYS, the company announced.

"I believe that our sophisticated global operating platforms and reputation as a leader in regulatory and compliance services is propelling BISYS to attract such valuable relationships," said Fred Naddaff, president of BISYS Fund Services.

Giant 5 Funds, PARADIGM Global Advisors, Pursik Investment Management and Wayne Hummer Asset Management bring the 12-month tally of new customers up to 17, according to Nadaff.

BISYS will provide accounting, transfer and administrative services to Giant 5 Funds as the Colorado Springs-based company launches its Giant 5 Total Investment System and Giant 4 Total Investment System, which are portfolios that seek equal balance of real estate, bonds, capital, energy and raw materials.

BISYS will offer legal and compliance services and administration services to New York's PARADIGM, a hedge fund-of-funds that recently registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

For Dublin-based Prusik, BISYS will act as fund accountant and transfer agent for the new Prusik Asia Fund.

Wayne Hummer, of Chicago, has contracted BISYS to provide fund accounting, transfer agent services, distribution and support to the Chief Compliance Officer.

"This is a testament to the momentum we have gained in the marketplace," Naddaff noted.
