GoldK has promoted two execs, John Bosley, VP, to the national sales manager position and William Bowditch, controller, as VP of finance.

Bosley joined GoldK last year as managing director of sales in the bank and trust company channel and assumes this position from Jeff Miller, who became president and CEO late last year. Prior to GoldK, Bosley was a founder and principal in the merchant banking firm Keen Partners. Bowditch was formerly senior manger in the assurance and advisory practice at Ernst & Young, and prior to E&Y, was senior control accountant with Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Co.
