Boston Partners Closes Small Cap Fund

Boston Partners Asset Management will close its Small Cap Value II Fund to new investors on Friday, Dec. 28, the firm announced today.

The firm is closing the fund, which currently holds about $375 million in assets, in order to maintain the flexibility necessary to manage it within the current investment style, the firm said.

While the fund will close to new investors, current investors will continue to be able to invest in it, Boston Partners said. Financial advisors with accounts at the firm will be allowed to invest as well.
