Martin will report to Russ Labrasca, head of the Houston office for Citi Private Bank. Martin most recently served as senior vice president and director of client management for the Southwest region at Wells Fargo. He joined Wells Fargo in 2000, following five years at Bank of America in various senior wealth advisory roles.

“Citi Private Bank certainly has a reputation for thoughtfully addressing its clients’ life goals, desire for legacy and family values, while ensuring their global banking and investing needs are also met,” Martin said of his move in a statement.

The news follows Citi Private Bank’s hiring of two other Wells Fargo executives earlier this month.
