Citi Private Bank has nabbed a high-level investment officer from TD Wealth to serve as a director and investment counselor in the banks East Region. Bruce Stewart will lead the team in Boston and handle all Boston-related investment business, the bank announced Friday.
At TD Wealth, Stewart was co-head of Investments, a position he held for two years. In that role, he actively managed $10 billion in third-party managers across the equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes in 12 model portfolios. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Longvue Advisors as the chief investment officer, and before that, he was vice president of Research and portfolio manager at JP Morgan Chase.
