Citi Private Bank has snagged a senior private banker from J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Rose Cohen will join Citi in August as managing director and ultrahigh-net-worth team lead in Washington, D.C., the bank said in an announcement this week. She will lead a team of private bankers and product specialists, while providing wealth management services to ultrahigh-net-worth individuals and families throughout the region.
Cohen was previously a managing director and senior private banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, she held banking roles in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area at GenSpring Family Offices, BB&T and Bank of America, Citi said.
She will report to Paul Hubert, East Coast Region Head, Citi Private Bank, North America.
"We are thrilled to welcome Rose to Citi Private Bank to help expand our presence in the Mid-Atlantic region," Hubert said in a statement, adding that her experience, leadership skills and network in the market will make her an invaluable addition to the team.
