Martin Cohen and Robert Steers are now co-chairmen and co-chief executive officers of Cohen & Steers, an investment firm that specializes in real estate investment trusts. Cohen previously served as president, and Steers was chairman of the firm.
Joseph Harvey is now president. He was previously senior vice president and director of research.
Adam Derechin, who had been senior vice president and head of investment administration, is now chief operating officer, and Jay Chen, who had been a vice president in the investment administration group, is now heading that department as senior vice president. Victor Gomez has been promoted from treasurer and vice president, finance, to senior vice president and chief financial officer. Rahul Bhattacharjee, previously a vice president and analyst with Cohen & Steers, is now director of research. In this position, he will oversee all of the firm's investment research.
