Executive Move - McCamish Promotes Executives, Reorganizes Operations Structure

McCamish Systems has reorganized its operations division and promoted a number of its executives in the process, a result of continued client growth from new and existing clients, Gordan Beckham, Jr., president and CEO of McCamish, recently announced.

Lisa Johnson, who has been with the firm since its inception 10 years ago, has been promoted to vice president of production administration. In this position, she is responsible for the company's complete technical infrastructure.

John Geist has been promoted to vice president of client services, in charge of the various client support teams, with a particular focus on outsourcing and licensing. Geist has been a client service executive for more than 25 years, the past six with McCamish.

Shelly Hosford, who joined the firm last year, has been promoted to vice president of consulting services, a position in which she oversees McCamish business analysts, quality assurance analysts and software engineers. Hosford has worked in the financial services industry for more than two decades.

As well, James D. Caskie, Jr., has been promoted to vice president and account manager. Caskie has more than 30 years of life insurance experience and joined McCamish in 2000.

"It is not every day that companies have the luxury of addressing important business growth imperatives without going outside of its existing talent pool," Beckham said.
