Executive Move- To Run Newly Acquired Funds, Integrity Hires PM

Following its acquisition of the Williamette Family of Funds, Integrity Mutual Funds has hired F. Martin Koenig to manage four funds with $60 million of assets. The four funds have been merged into four of Integrity's funds.

Koenig was founder, chief executive officer and chief investment office of Koenig Advisors and had previously worked for Mitsubishi and Chase Manhattan Bank. He is also the founding director and past president of both the New York and national Options and Futures Societies, which were merged into the International Association of Financial Engineers.
